The Global Framework was developed in partnership with World Commerce and Contracting (formally IACCM - the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management) as a universal framework agreement contract that contains general terms & conditions and provides a baseline structure of document based on best in class references for the procurement of digital/technology goods and services.
